We are looking for students to join our internship program in Stockholm and become an integral part of the Vaaka Partners' team. The positions are fixed-term  and lasting 4-5 months, available in autumn 2025 and spring 2026.

Role overview

As an intern at Vaaka Partners, you will work alongside investment professionals and gain exposure to the full investment life-cycle. You will assist in deal sourcing, financial analysis, and portfolio management activities.

Required Qualifications

• A genuine interest in private equity and a strong desire to develop your skills in the field.
• Completed internship(s) in management consulting, investment banking, M&A, private equity, start-ups, or other relevant areas.
• At least 2 years of studies with excellent academic results.
• Solid analytical skills and the ability to solve problems independently.
• Strong communication & teamwork skills, with fluency in Swedish and English.
• An entrepreneurial mindset and drive.
